Happy Birthday, Bridgit Mendler!

The Good Luck Charlie starlet turns 17 today!

JJJ recently caught up with Bridgit during Variety’s Power of Youth event earlier this month and chatted a bit about her role in the upcoming Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.

Bridgit shared about working with the chipmunks, “I’m really excited to see it come out. It was fun because you’re working with all sorts of animated characters. I was basically talking and working with air (laughs). It was so cool.”

Costars Bridgit Mendler and Jason Dolly did an interview with Pop Star Magazine about their new show "Good Luck Charlie at the Power Of The Youth event. Bridgit announced that the new show comes out in January. If you ask me, I think this is going to be like "Life With Derek shows. Which is good. We wish Bridgit the best on her new show and movie. Some say the New Movie project is a 2ND Clique movie!

I uploaded Bridgit's last episode of Waverly Place to our Gallery. I really like this episode, but I hated the ending. Don't forget that this month starts the countdown for Bridgit's first BIG SCREEN movie! ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS 2" The Movie comes out on Christmas Day!

Good Luck Charlie costars Bridgit Mendler and Jason Dolley stop by to chat with JJJ during Variety’s 2009 Power of Youth event held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (December 5).

The duo dished on their upcoming Disney Channel series and making their own traditions on set. Jason and Bridgit shared, “It’s [the family dynamic] is really cool. Within the first week, we made our own traditions. We had traditions the first episode! It’s one of those casts where you start working and everything clicks.”

Maybe one of those traditions is theme week? Jason just tweeted this morning, “It’s robe day on set of GLC! We’ve had cape day and hat day too. Any other theme day suggestions?”
